Not just to "open" eyes!

It is possible to do all sorts of things with photographs these days, from "opening eyes" (taking the open eyes from another photograph and transfering them to a photograph where someone has blinked) through to very complex image manipulation. The possibilities are really only limited by imagination! Below are just a few examples of what can be done.
